Dr. Jeffrey Niezgoda is the Medical
Director of The Centers for Comprehensive Wound Care and
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, St. Luke's Medical Center,
Aurora Health Care, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is the
President and Chief Operating Officer of Hyperbaric &
Wound Care Associates, a medical specialty group serving
Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. He is the
President of the American College of Hyperbaric Medicine
and an Associate Professor and Hyperbaric Consultant at
the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Dr. Niezgoda
is a recognized wound care expert and has served as faculty
at both national as well as international conferences.
He has participated on multiple Expert Consensus Panels
and has appeared before Medicare and Medicaid Services
as a wound care advisor. Dr. Niezgoda received his Medical
Degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health
Sciences, F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine, Bethesda,
Maryland, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology
from U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Dr. Niezgoda is Board Certified in Hyperbaric Medicine
and Wound Care. |

Kim Eldridge, Registered Nurse, was born and raised in Meridian, Mississippi, and has over 10 years of clinical experience in complex wound care. Her commitment to provide the highest standards of wound care, while improving clinical outcomes and emphasizing patient education, and her passion for ensuring healthcare accessibility and cost-efficiency, make Kim a pioneer in the field of wound care.
Kim has been a surgical nurse for over 17 years. She works exclusively with a general surgeon who specializes in wound care, hyperbaric therapy, and limb salvage. She provides surgical wound care in both acute and long term settings, and also consults for major wound care companies and organizations nationwide. She has published several posters and articles in the field of wound care education. Kim is a Registered Nurse First Assistant, and is a certified surgical, foot care and wound care nurse. |

Dr. Milton Kondiles is a board certified foot and ankle surgeon and a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He has been in private practice for over 25 years and currently is the head podiatrist at Our Lady of Resurrection Hospital and the past chairman of podiatry at Lincoln West Hospital. He has been teaching foot and ankle surgery to residents for over 20 years. He sits on the board of several prestigious medical organizations and societies such as Advanced Foot and Ankle IPA.
Dr. Kondiles has been on the front line in treating wounds for over twenty years and has vast experience with them. He has developed new innovative techniques in treating peripheral neuropathy which is often associated with wound ulcers. He is the director for the Clinics of Wellness and Neuropathy which treats neuropathic conditions. |

Dr. Macy G. Hall, Jr. is a native Washingtonian. He
received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Howard
University in Washington, D.C in 1964 and his Medical
Degree from Howard University, College of Medicine in
1968. He furthered his educational endeavors to General
Surgery, becoming Board Certified and then sub-specializing
in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Surgery of
the Hand at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, New
York in 1977. Dr. Hall has been the recipient of several
awards during his training, including the Daniel Hale
Williams Award (Intern and Resident of the Year). The
Washingtonian Magazine has recognized him as one of
the "Top Doctors" in the Washington Area since
1991. Dr. Hall also holds various memberships with societies
such as the National Medical Association, the American
College of Surgeons, the Washington Academy of Surgeons,
and the National Chapter Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Dr. Hall is a former Chairman and Assistant Professor
of the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
at Howard University. Under his leadership, several
young surgeons have also entered the field of Plastic
Surgery. Dr. Hall is the former Chairman of the Division
of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Vice Chairman
of the Department of Surgery at Providence Hospital
in Washington, D.C. He is currently serving on the Advisory
Board of the National Youth Leadership Forum, a consultant
to several wound care companies and he is currently
a member AAWC and The Wound Healing Society.

Dr. Millis has taught all aspects of physiology to
medical, dental and allied health sciences students
for more than thirty years. He is credited with authoring
or co-authoring approximately 60 articles in peer-reviewed
publications on various aspects of biomedical physiology
and has co-edited two research reference books. He currently
serves as a peer reviewer for The Journal of the National
Medical Association and the Journal of Neuroscience
Research. His recent research, funded by a grant administered
by the University of the District of Columbia´s
Center for Nutrition, Diet & Health and sponsored by
the Cooperative Extension Service of the U.S. Department
of Agriculture, is to identify physiological markers
for obesity in African-American adolescents. He has
authored a government report funded by the U.S. Army´s
Surgeon General on the effects of nicotine and nicotine
withdrawal, which was instrumental in The Department
of Defense's decision to create the first federal smoke-free
workplace. He was chief scientist for the development
of the federal government´s first centralized
database on medical aspects of chemical and biological
warfare agents and he compiled the curriculum used to
train physicians and allied health personnel on chemical
casualty care for the first Persian Gulf War. He has
served as the program director of scientific logistics
support to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious
Diseases Vaccine Research Center and the training coordinator
for a minority neuroscience fellowship program administered
by the Society for Neuroscience and sponsored by the
National Institute of Mental Health. He has also served
as an evaluator for the National Institute of Mental
Health´s Protection and Advocacy for Individuals
with Mental Illness program and as a consultant to the
National Institute of Drug Abuse on AIDS cofactors.
He has worked in Ethiopia with the Ethiopian Armed Forces
to help develop the first physician´s assistant
training program in sub-Saharan Africa under the auspices
of a health capacity building grant from the National
of Institutes of Health, and with the International
Center for Insect Physiology & Ecology to train biology
teachers how to use computer technology for teaching
critical-thinking and scientific problem-solving. He
has also worked in Rwanda under the auspices of a political
conflict management and capacity building grant administered
by the University of Maryland and sponsored by the Agency
for International Development, where he taught the use
of computers for scientific problem-solving after the
Rwandan genocide decimated the faculty of the National
University of Rwanda. He has been listed in the Who´s
Who Among America´s Teachers and has received
numerous merit awards for outstanding teaching and research,
as well as distinguished author´s awards, including
the 2006 Teaching with Technology Award, by Howard University.
